  • Collate samples of data that are available to and are used regularly by your team
  • Agree timings for design and delivery
Product Design
  • Whether a training course or a sales tracker, it will be designed to your exact requirements using your data and system output
  • For training courses this ensures course participants find it instantly applicable to their day to day work and will get the maximum benefit from it
  • For tools and trackers it means no additional resource is required and will optimise the investment you already make in data
Product Alignment
  • We deliver you a course outline and/or prototypes of documents and trackers for your feedback
  • Agree the finer details for delivery to your business
  • Discuss preferred options for follow up and support
  • For training courses any pre work or assessments for participants sent out
  • For tools and trackers the prototype will be shared widely within your team and they will be given the opportunity to feedback.  Feedback is discussed and any changes to the model are agreed
Product Delivery

Training:

  • Training will be delivered at a time and location of your choice
  • Maximum group size of 8 to ensure all participants get 1-1 support and the right level of group interaction
  • Feedback will be collected from all participants to evolve future sessions

 

Tools & Trackers:

  • Once the prototype has been signed off the full build happens
  • We will work with one key contact for queries and questions through to delivery of the final product
  • The tool will be handed over in person and any training required delivered
Follow up & Support

Training options include:

  • Recommended shorter follow up session a month later to consolidate learning and help with any queries
  • Ongoing support “Ask Emily….” –course participants can submit queries for a personal response

 

Tools & Trackers:

  • Ongoing support and troubleshooting for an agreed amount of time
